WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Client Relationships: You’ll manage client interactions with professionalism and care, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood.
  • Prepare and Review Financials: Take charge of Notice to Reader engagements across various industries, and prepare meticulous working papers, Financial Statements, T2 Corporate Tax Returns, GST and PST returns, T4s, and T5s.
  • Handle Personal and Corporate Tax Filings: You’ll expertly prepare T1s and other related tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: By taking an interest in our clients’ businesses, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced Professional: You bring 3+ years of public practice experience working with private owner-managed clients, delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Client-Focused: You are deeply invested in understanding your clients’ needs and providing tailored advice that drives their success.
  • Excellent Communicator: With your strong attention to detail and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, you excel in both written and verbal communication.
  • Team-Oriented Leader: You have a positive attitude, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and are capable of self-managing your workload while offering constructive feedback to your team.
